My complaint:
Got on 2:40PM East bound Texrail at Terminal B to take us and luggage to our car parked at the TP Fort Worth Station. When the train stopped at the Fort Worth Central Station, the conductor informed us the train was not going to continue to the TP Station and He didn’t know a bus going to the TP station.
Explain why we were dumped, with luggage, with no help short of our destination?
