My complaint:
I live near train tracks, as well as a station that the TEXRAIL train frequents, all day every day. The last two weeks almost every single day there has been almost nonstop horns blasting every time the train drives by. This is happening early in the morning and continues all day. This has never been a reoccurring issue until the last few weeks. I am not sure if someone new or unfamiliar with the quiet zone working. I do understand that in certain instances the train will sound the horn for safety, but this is far from that.
Suggested solution:
Obey and respect the quiet zones, every conductor should be aware of where they are traveling and there should be consistency across the board for all conductors.
