My complaint:

On Saturday, November 7, 2020, I was trying to take a train to Fort Worth TX after I got off a Dart train from Dallas TX and I missed the 12:40 am Tex Rail train and I decided to take the 2:10 am Tex Rail train to Grapevine TX.

While I was waiting on my train, one of the train conductors started harrassing me about my ticket when I was sitting on the platform instead of the train.

Before he asked me for my ticket, he said I couldn’t sit on the train and wait for 30 minutes prior to departure because of the Covid rules and I had to wait on the platform.

When I sat on the platform, he approached me agressively about my ticket, and he got close to me and I asked him to not get close to me and I told him I would show him my ticket when I got on the train and he refused to let me ride the train.

This is not the first time I've been asked repeatedly about my ticket having always paid for a ticket and this is something you should be monitoring.

I'm not going to tell you how to resolve a complaint. If I need to contact the DFW legal department for video surveillance camera records, let me know. I use to work at the DFW airport and I know someone who works in the legal department.
