My complaint:
For the last few weeks we have been trying to ride the Texrail and a conductor named Shann is telling us we can’t not ride because we are homeless and we stink which is not true. It doesn’t say no where in the rider guidelines that he can refuse us service on the train. Therefore, he is in the wrong. He has to follow the rules just as much as his passengers do. We have been asking for his supervisor and he refuses to do such and we have not done nothing to him.
Suggested solution:
Have his supervisor talk to him about passenger discrimination and following the guidelines of the Texrail brochures.
