My complaint:

My wife and I arrived at Texas Roadhouse at 6:18. My wife went to the receptionist to give our name and then came to set down in the large waiting room at 6:20. She told me it would be an hour to 2 hrs wait. After the room had completely emptied out twice (approx 7:10 and most customers arriving after us) she went to the desk to ask if we had been missed. She was told no and they would get to us soon. At 7:50 ( after the room emptied out almost twice again everyone arriving after us) I went to the desk. I asked how they prioritized customers? Another lady butted in, asked the name, looked it up and replied you were told an hour or two wait and you have 30 minutes yet. She was very crass and rude. At 8:23 we were finally notified. My wife ordered a steak and I ordered a chicken dinner (my usual). The waitress stated I am sorry we have no chicken. I ended up eating a house salad. The waitress (sorry I have no names) was very exceptional, did a super job (unlike the lady at the front desk). Sure hope you train this lady on how to treat customers better. She shouldn’t be in this position with her current attitude.

Suggested solution:

Better train the person at the front desk or replace her. I would never have an individual in her position with her attitude.
