My complaint:
My wife and I , along with another couple went to the Texas Roadhouse restaurant on Expressway 83 in Harlingen TX. on May 7th. we got there at 3:10 pm and was told there was a 20 to 30 min. waiting time, which we said no problem. At 3:40 pm I went in to see how much longer and was told about 10 mins, so went back out side to sit and wait some more. the wife went in after about 10 mins which was no 3:55pm and was told it would be soon, after another 10 mins.4:05pm I went back in to check and was told there was 5 more guest to be seated before we could be seated. Needless to say after sitting in the hot sun for over 1 hour and be told this, well it kind of seems to us that the host lost our phone number or just skipped over us completely without even offering us anything to get us seated. right now we are very upset with Texas Roadhouse and will never go inside another one unless they is something done about how we was treated on May 7th at the Road house in Harlingen TX. The Texas Roadhouse in Harlingen TX. just lost a $100.00 sale (IF NOT MORE!!!!) , we like our steaks and we like our cocktails and appetizers!
Suggested solution:
To resolve our issue is very easy send us a gift card for at less what it would have cost us ($25.00 per person x 4 ) and lets hope that we can be seated a lot quicker this time.
