My complaint:

Evening exactly 5:30 pm Friday ,May 6 we arrived with a party of seven and we’re told there was nothing available to seat 7. We gave our name and when we asked how long we were told 10-15 mins. Ok we waited. In the meantime two members of the party asked to use the facilities and when they returned had noticed that both of the large corner tables that have accommodated us in the past were open. The large corner table just on the opposite wall of the entrance was empty. We have had eight sit at that table. We asked about the table and told them that we had sat at that location many times before. The girl with long twirled hair then snapped we don’t have servers at this point we had been waiting for 20 minutes by the way there is only seating for three in the indoor bench and three on the bench in the vestibule. They were laughing and giggling the whole time there were four and at one point five young female employees. They then sat three people in the large corner table ( as described on the other side of the waiting bench) when my sister in law pointed out that we should have been seated as that table seats eight another of the girls nearly jumped the counter and said if you don’t like it you can leave. My 89 year old father in law was taken aback and at that point did not feel welcome. In fact she felt threatened and they all laughed about the poor white ladys freaking. That was so rude so we left. I returned to ask for their names and the one girl said she didn’t need to give her name and said I’m kicking you out. I took a card from the side of the counter as I left and told them I would be calling corporate and that it. Could cost their job. We are frequent customers Every Friday even during the pandemic 7-11 full steak entrees that’s $110.-150.00 plus we participate in the bucket deals for the holidays fundraisers for local schools and it is a tradition in our house to give each other TRH gift cards. We know our resturant very well

Suggested solution:

The behavior was appalling. If you were unable to accommodate us then tell us outright so we could have gone elsewhere instead of waiting for 20 minutes and then been subjected to the humiliation we received.
We did go to another local restaurant and were able to save our family Friday tradition.
In the least the four young females at the front “welcome desk should be reprimanded and or not be able to work that particular job as they are causing your business harm. We will make sure the manager is aware
