Texas Roadhouse complaint: Missing entree !

My complaint:

Was in town one night and had nothing at all to eat that day so I went online and noticed Texas Roadhouse still open and taking to go orders. I put in my order for The One Pork Chop dinner and two sides . Also ordered Onion Blossom . They closed at 9:30 and my order was estimated to be ready by 9:10 . I was there on time and received my order from a female waitress or hostess . I asked her if plastic ware etc was In the bag and she said everything was there . It was tied up so I took her word for it. I returned to hotel opened the bag and the entree and baked potato were missing . Butter, sour cream there but no pork chop or potato. I quickly grabbed the phone it was 9:28 . I got no answer except recording they were closed . No option to leave message or anything . I was livid . I called after opening the next day to talk with a manager to get a refund . Whom ever answered Was not at all concerned really . I told what happened and I only got a response after explaining the problem and a long delay that made me ask is anyone there and thinking we had gotten disconnected that They would email a voucher and what was a good email. No apology , no concern , no refund option ! I let it go and just gave my email and the woman st a Ted it would be there in an hour or so. Well today I have not received any voucher or anything from Texas Roadhouse ! This was a major screw up leaving out the main course much less being unconcerend about righting a wrong on their part .
