My complaint:
I have been visiting Texas Roadhouse for years But every time I always get seated in the back. I have been there with family and friends several times. Yesterday I took the initiative to ask to be seated by the bar. I saw an empty table for two so I ask if I can sit there. First they said there is no waiter there but all the other table were occupied. So I said I’ll wait as I’m waiting to be seated the host called the manager waitress bus boy all where talking about us All we wanted was to sit and enjoy our dinner. In all the time I have been there I’ve never felt so humiliated like yesterday. I don’t think I will go ever again. You lost a valuable customer.
Suggested solution:
By treating customers with respect. And be more professional. I understand dealing with the public is not easy but when a customer ask for a seat that is available I think they should accommodate them
