My complaint:

I wish to file a complaint against your manager. My sister-in-law had arrived at the restaurant at 6:30pm. She spoke to the manager and informed him that she needed a table for 20 persons. I arrived there at 7:30pm. She told me that they were getting the table ready. At 7:46pm, I asked her to inquire about the table. She said that the manager told her it was being prepared and even showed her the table. She noticed other patrons arriving and being offered tables. I asked her how long she had been waiting, and she said an hour and 15 minutes.

Another friend asked the manager about the delay, and he mentioned that all 20 persons had to be present to get the table. This policy was surprising to me. The manager seemed indifferent and uninterested in accommodating us. Customer service is very important to me. I then called another restaurant to inquire about a table for 20, and they confirmed availability within 5 minutes. We decided to go to this other restaurant and were seated promptly upon arrival. I understand both places were busy that night.

This experience left a negative impression on us. I might consider returning to your restaurant in the future, but I hope corrective action is taken to prevent such incidents. I am somewhat skeptical based on various online reviews, but I remain hopeful that those are isolated cases. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Suggested solution:

Take corrective action and retrain the manager.
