My complaint:
I ordered a high priced steak at the Williamsport. PA. 17701 Texas Roadhouse last night Fri Oct 27th 2023 it was rare so I sent it back to be more done. When I got it back from the kitchen it was still rare. So I told the manager she looked at the rareness of the steak and said oh well I told her that this is ridiculous and it wasn’t cooked any more for the 2nd time that I sent it back. I asked her if I could get a discount on my bill since it was still rare She said no but she will throw the steak out and not bill me for it. This is unacceptable to me and I will not go back there and I will let everyone I know how bad the customer service is at this location. Sincerely Clarence Parr.
Suggested solution:
The manager should have given me another steak that was grilled more done and not charged me for the 2nd steak since I had nothing to eat while they regrilled my steak which was still rare.
