My complaint:

This was sent back to you on the 1604 and I have an email ing this. I still haven’t had the money put into my bank and it has nearly been a month! I payed on Klarna so the next payment is on the 2805 and I DO NOT WISH TO PAY THIS. I have used Klarna a number of times before with different websites and I have got the money back straight away.
