My complaint:
My son had a missing item in his parcel so they sent him 2 email link forms to fill in that he did and a few months passed and he had nothing back so I rang and they said they will have to send another form and he needs to sign it we explained we didn’t no how to sign it and they said that’s what we need to do or we won’t get the money back so no my son has lost out on £40
Suggested solution:
Give him a refund
