My complaint:
I order Valentino purse and Valentino bag ,yesterday i got my order and it was just purse .I WAS calling three times for customer service ,they speaking different storys ..One told that its send it ,another told that it’s sold out was and will return my money back ,then I got message that my claim declined and i must write letter for the address they give .I call third time and another girl told I can’t help go to police .. The worst customer service i ever had ,packages look perfect nobody could take it and on parcel size 400 g what is abviously that if bag was inside before they send it should be at least 1 kg ..And now im in middle nowhere because they Don’t want help me ,they just speaking that it was dispatched..Yeah my parcel arrived but one item it’s missing..
Suggested solution:
They should return 52£ for missing item ,obviously it's not my fault, and in new days a lot of reviews about missing item and they keeping telling for everybody that it was dispatched...Yeah it was but without full order ..im very disappointed, highly not recommended this shop ...
