My complaint:

Good evening.

I ordered an item, which was left in my porch with the door open and doorbell wasn’t rung (there was someone home that could have taken this delivery). It was expensive item, for me anyway (£90 jacket as a gift) so I’m not sure why this was neglected. I reached out politely to tessutti twice, , been ignored twice. Customer negligence.

Suggested solution:

It’s too late for another jacket as this happened over a week ago and I had to resort to a cheaper gift. I just want the money back for the item I paid for and never received.

I’d also urge tessutti not to choose to ignore customers till the issue goes away. I have worked in customer service as a Admin Manager , and never expected this from a company like tessutti.
