My complaint:
I spent £100 on shoes as they are a present for my husbands birthday and this is how the box arrived. This is ridiculous. I rang customer services who told me to go to a Tessuti store which is in a different town and I don’t drive. Nobody is getting back to me about what to do
Suggested solution:
Refund some of the difference or send a new box out
