My complaint:
Stock choices. For example: Copious shelves of cranberry juice which appear not to sellmove, yet not a sign of grapefruit juice the traditional English breakfast drink. A whole wilderness of cabinets of frozen Yorkshire puddings from various sources, yet no sign of roast spuds anywhere!! The discontinuation of top selling Hardy’s Varietal Chardonnay for goodness sake. I could go on. The manager is out of his or her depth.
Suggested solution:
Sack the manager would be a great start.
