Telkom complaint: Incorrect billing

My complaint:

After escalating the incorrect billing matter, I was promised that a manager would call me on the 8th of September 2023 regarding the obligation carryover on my account. This didn not happen and I had to repeatedly call in and have escalation cases logged which were all closed without feedback or resolution. Here are some of the case numbers for reference. ‪63072616‬, ‪63349824‬, ‪72512549‬, ‪72921806‬ and ‪75039871‬.

The history :
I did an early upgrade and was given the wrong package but it was corrected subsequently and the credit passed, however, the obligation carryover pending charge are still not waved on this account. The case ‪72921806‬ was closed with the information that it is escalated to billing and the last case was considered duplicate ‪75039871‬. I have escalated this matter since the 8 September with Telkom and have not received feedback iro the credit that is due and to be corrected on my account

Am at my wits end as each day I call telkom and each time get told it is being attended to, only to discover that the exclamation ticket was erroneously closed…. Again.

Suggested solution:

I want my credit that is due to me, passed and that future billing be correctly amended.
