My complaint:
Contract states that we guaranteed 10mbps, however the past two weeks it is around 1mbps and no joy, the support I received indicated that the tower that service our area had issues, that was on Monday the 20th Nov it is now Sunday 26th and still no luck on connectivity
Suggested solution:
Ensure they have monitoring in place on the tower and fix it before I have to run around like a headless chicken to get support from any of them, I want to the tower to provide connectivity again in the 10mbps range
