Telkom complaint: Bad Appalling Customer Service

My complaint:

Morning

It seems that Telkom Cradlestone Mall on the West Rand has 2 x Problems.
1. Sorry I am not in the mood to assist you as a Customer!

2. I have no idea to place an Order with Open Serve.

Why is it a problem for the following at Telkom Cradlestone Mall -West Rand:

1. Why do they give me incorrect numbers to call. Phoning for more than 2 Hours for help fropm my Spouse’s Mobile Phone???? It is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

Then on a 2nd visit I am informed to drive to Telkom Key West on the Westy Rand as you are lazy to assist me at Telkom Cradlestone Mall for a patch cable Order via Open Serve. Key West managed to place the Order today.

2. Why as an existing Telkom Customer you cannot assist me to open an Order for a DECO x 2 tp Link extenders.
Again, I was showed the door and you insist I cannot get this on contract. How ???

I managed to get this online on Contract.

3. Why do Telkom Customer care show me the door to engage an ELECTRICIAN to installa Internet PAtCH cable Why???? It is hilarious.

Telkom SA is losing it and should train their staff and ensure they have a Customer Care Attitude. Good morning, how nay I help you!!! is this too much to ask?? This is when an organization fails and go Bankrupt due to negligent Employees who have no ETHICAL VALUES at ALL!!!
