My complaint:
i made a request to relocate a phone line it has been over 2 to 3 months i havent been updated and nothing has happened yet i am even think of cancelling the line with telkom because i need it by my other off

send the people who are suppose to relocate the line ASAP or else we have to opt for cancellation of the service which is the last option for us
