My complaint:
Goodday I’m sending this with so much frustration! I applied for fibre 3 months ago the lady I spoke to said that I was on a pre order, she said once Openserve is up and running the fibre line would be installed. Now 5 months later I submitted a new request for fibre a lady (UNA) called me back very helpful, again I gave everything that they requested this was on the 9112022 I received a sms with the following case number 68148570 saying me call will be attended too. The next day I received this sms
Telkom SA: Dear customer,
Your case no 68148570 is resolved. Please call 081180 for Telkom Mobile related queries and 10210 for Telkom Services and Products related queries.
Please do not reply to this SMS. and up until today no installations was done for fibre at my house. But Telkom says its been resolved, HOW?
