My complaint:
Poor customer service from the three staff members working there on Friday, 04 August. I explained to them my problem in English but they communicated with each other in their own language and just told me they cannot help me. Went to Telkom Paarl mall on Saturday and my issue was resolved in 10 minutes.
Suggested solution:
Staff members should consist of difference races in order to cater for everyone at Telkom Mbekweni or the staff should be reminded the English should be used when dealing with customers.
