My complaint:

I have a contract with Telkom and their invoices are very inconsistent and not only are they dishonest in keeping to our contract they also haven’t paid me my credited amount it’s been 5-10 working days as promised and still nothing. When I called they said it is already paid out to my bank, but I haven’t received it on my acc but my statement for the next month has the amount added to it… I hate Telkom at this point and the audacity to offer me products knowing they are doing me dirty nx! I should make this go viral on social media just because we don’t have lawyers Telkom takes advantage
