My complaint:
I SETTLED THE DEBT I HAD WITH TELKOM VIA THE DEBT COLLECTOR BUT TELKOM DID SEND ME A CLEARANCE LETTER.
I STARTED ENGAGING WITH TELKOM FROM JUNE 2023 OVER THIS MATTER TO SUCCESS.
