My complaint:
We booked our holiday through teletext holidays like we had a few times before . Never had ant issues until 14 months ago we had paid our holiday in full ready to fly our to Fuerteventura on 27112021. We arrived at our chosen hotel only to find our accomodation had been cancelled and not by us. Obviously our flight was OK but we had to pay again so we had somewhere to stay luckily they gad rooms available. We filed for a refund of our first payment as advised but we are still no further on now to what we were 14 months ago. I’ve phoned constantly only to be told I would get an update in 2 weeks but it never comes
Suggested solution:
Give me the refund.
