My complaint:
The transfer home was too late missed the flight home and had to wait homeless at the airport for 2 days for an flight home which cost me over 200 pound so not booking with telettext holidays again unless you give me at least 100 pound off my next holiday
Suggested solution:
give me about 100 pound back
