My complaint:

Having arrived in Benidom we went to check into our accommodation which had already been changed twice, to be told it had been cancelled on 29th sept and this was 1st Oct and we would have to pay again and claim it back, the following day after the usual hour on hold twice, got a feeble apology from the foreign call center and while on the phone was text another hotel which was 2 miles away from where we were originally, when I said it wasn’t acceptable and I wanted a refund on the accommodation, was told I couldn’t because I was already in the resort, but I wouldn’t have been in that position if they had held up their end of what amounts to a contract, or the very least told us the accommodation had been cancelled, so as we didn’t check into the other hotel I will still be pushing for a refund
