My complaint:
Dear Customer Service Representative, I am requesting refund on my ticket 477891854432 25/06/2023 flight 215, booking ation 3SJTS2. During my boarding I got an urgent US Consulate meeting in Lisbon, Portugal. Airport officer kindly informed that tickets will be rescheduled. Unfortunately, it was a delay with a proses and I was unable to take a flight.
I am kingly requesting refund of $516.67 for my ticket to the original credit card. Thank you very much for your time and consideration in this matter.
