TAP Air Portugal complaint: Very poor customer service

My complaint:

You wait on line for 30 to 45 minutes at a time only to be switched to another person do the same waiting again .At the end they either hang up on you nothing gets resolved. I have never had this problem with any Airline I don’t understand what kind of people they hire It’s a disgrace. I will never do business with this company don’t recommend it to anybody

By getting an answer for me It’s been three days on the phone still nothing has been accomplished
