Can someone can try to help me and give me advice?
I’ve been asked by a TAP agent ( on a formal convention with their customer sup) – to sleep 1 night at the closest hotel from the airport, because there was a problem with my ticket,
And the agent said in that call that this night will be on the company’s expense.
I’ve done as she asked me.
This case happened almost 1 month ago, and since then, after I request online for my refund- TAP refuse to give it to me and keep saying that it was my fault that there was a problem with the ticket, although that their agent DEMANDED me to pay more then 350€.
Has anyone encountered such a phenomenon? I sent a lot of emails to the company and no one has responded to me since. I would be very happy if you could help me.🙏🏻
