My complaint:

Despite several requests for a refund of a flight that was cancelled by the airline on 23 June 2020 I have yet to receive it. I have even contacted the CEO several time also but have not received a reply either.

The ticket was issued to my 83 years old Mother In Law who paid cash for it. Details are as follows:

Passenger – Marta Maria De Lima Romcy
Flight details – TP35 on 8 Aug 2020 under ticket 047 2170721825 from Lisbon to Fortaleza, Brazil. This was a connecting flight that departed from London, Heathrow to Lisbon, TP1367.
Booking ref – OI9E3Y

Suggested solution:

By providing a refund in the form of cash or cheque, not a voucher.
