TAP Air Portugal complaint: Refund cancelled flight

My complaint:

I´m still waiting for a refund from either TAP Portugal or Mytrip.com since 6 months.
Nobody wants to accept responsability.

Suggested solution:

Please pressure them into refunding my money.
I have screenshots of communication.
