Complaint: covid issues and several miss information

My complaint:

We were unable to get on our plane due to misinformation. 15mins before flying.
1 . was told covid testing 72 hrs. before flight. Which I did. Then told it was not acceptable. Set up test in Boston airport for $250. Came back negative which was also my 72 hour test negative
2. My daughter was told by representative from tap airlines that her testing information was also acceptable.
Our fees were $350. for tickets $296 for seats $448.54 for taxes
Tickets were purchased together in 2 different names.

My daughters flight fee was put on suspend. We wanted to chg. date and combine the two tickets fees. As flights have gone up. My fee no satisfaction. My daughter works at a school that have limited vacations. Her son, my grandson is going to school in Seville for a semester from his college. We had tours planned and schedule. Boarding was all taken care of for a week. We cancelled but had to pay cleaning fee. Such a costly inconvenience from we feel no fault of our own and no satisfaction. Actually we have been calling and getting no results. Our calls are dropped. 1 hr and 45 mins was one call. It has been a horror show. My daughter is a single parent and this was a chance to visit her son. We are entitled or either reimbursement of a Resch before June .Case number 20220000516153. please help us resolve this issue.
