My complaint:
My first flight from MAD- LIS was delayed so that i am told I was not be able to get to my connecting flight to USA EWR Airport on time.
The airport offered me the alternative flight from LIS-New York with around 6 hours delay to the destination.
Moreover, I was sent to JFK airport instead of EWR airport without notice, so I ended up wasted 2 more hours on the road to my home.
Suggested solution:
I am applying to get a EU 261 flights delayed compensation for a delay over 6 hours.
