My complaint:

On the 25062022 with AIR PORTUGAL you are the worst
my 11h45 was delayed till after 17h15 on the same day

then the connection flight was cancelled without any explanation

no help was offered just rudeness, humiliation and to be frightened to call the police, we are normal citizen travelling back home to our kids and families we are not a drug dealers … this is my worst trip ever and the worst customer services ever had .i want an or explanations and compensation. the distress caused could have been avoided ,

for any information and proof i will be more than happy to communicate and cooperate,

Suggested solution:

to communicate, to be treated as human
offer us an accommodation, transportation to a hotel and food,
to check if we do have any disabilities as I am diabetes myself
