Takealot.com complaint: no refund on open return product

My complaint:

i purchased a belecoo pram for my daughter on the 22 feb 2024 which was delivered on the 27 feb 2024. After opening the product i notuced that the bottom basket is fasten with Velcro. First thing is that they dont state the following or show it in any pictures advertised, I was unhappy and log a return 29 Feb 2024 which got collected 1March 2024. After that i havent received any feedback up until i emailed on the 5th March upon checking online the 4th May to see that my return was declined. Bear in mind i had to wait another day for a response by Sue-Ann to let me know that i cant get a refund due to product not being sealed and my return reason being unwanted product. I advise her how was i suppose to know how this product looks if i didnt open it and forwarded a print screen of my refund reason being product not met my expectation. On the website it doesnt state that the bottom basket is fasten with Velcro which clearly wont last and that im unhappy with the product. Next i got a reply from Clintena telling me the same crap that the item is not sealed. This got me frustrated to respond to her that i will take this matter further cause im within my right. I return a item in its original packaging amd it wasnt used. What the hell am i suppose to do with this rubbish. At work i received a call from courier dropping the pram without being informed at all. Now tonight only i get an uodate from a Mishay stating that my return has been declined. Im am pissed cause the customer service is shit and i want my money back. These people dont have their system evens in place cause clearly i have gotten the worst servie and will never in my life shop here agin. Think twice before you ever buy anythuing from this place.
