My complaint:
Ordered shelves on 31 January 2024 with delivery to be on 8 February 2024. on 8 February I get a mail notifying me that my order was delayed.
Today 9 February 2024, I get a mail notifying me that my order was cancelled and parcel returned to warehouse and my account credited. I get back online to order again, but to my surprise, the shelves are out of stock.
This is the 2nd time my order was cancelled after more than a week and the product was suddenly out of stock just to be relisted at an increased price a few days later. Scamalot for sure!
Suggested solution:
Sell the cancelled product at the same price and stop scamming people.
