My complaint:
Most dishonest and disgusting service received.
Worst experience ever. I bought a item that was not returnable. But because they sent me the incorrect item i had to resend the item back and they said they would send me the correct item. All they done was cut of the tag / label of the incorrect item received and they sent it back to me. Very upset as this is now a waste of my money
Suggested solution:
Collect item - and i would like a refund.
