My complaint:

I placed and order on the Tuesday the 30 January for a few item as a gift to my child’s birthday which was Friday, for next day delivery, I did not receive any item the next day which is Wednesday the 31st I received some item on Thursday the 1st, however the watches was missing, when I called in to query I was advised that the watches was taken to the wrong courier and I need to wait till it comes back to foreshore then it will only be delivered, I wanted to cancel the order and re order as there was stock at foreshore and was even prepared to collect myself however I was told I have to wait until it gets to foreshore, on Friday the 1st it arrived at foreshore and was told they will have it delivered Friday before 5 and that never happened however on the tracker it showed it was delivered and signed for by myself which was not the case, when I called on Saturday they then advised the order is back at the branch and will only be delivered on Monday as they don’t have drivers to deliver over the weekend, I have not received any update as to if it is out for delivery or anything…after numerous email and call speaking to different agents, the issue is still not resolved, this is really bad service…as there was no back up plan as to these types of cases I missed giving my child a gift on her birthday due to the incompancy firstly for it to be taken to the wrong courier as it was one order I placed and then for it to say it was delivered and then it was back at the branch.its now a week later and I have still not received a item that was up for next day delivery wow

Suggested solution:

At this point, there's nothing I can do, however for all the inconveniences caused I would like good will gesture.
