My complaint:
I purchased a 70 inch Samsung TV and on opening the box on 13 March 2024, I found the TV screen was cracked. I immediately ordered for return on 13 March 2024 and the TV was picked up on 14 March 2024. The guys who picked up the TV placed the power cord and remote in a separate plastic bag which they took with them. Now Takelot is saying that they cannot refund or exchange the TV until the power cord and remote is returned. I was contacted by two different agents via email and explained the same thing to both of them. The second person did not even acknowledge receipt of my email. Hate to say this but this company is pathetic compared to Amazon.
Suggested solution:
Give me my TV I ordered immediately in perfect condition or return my money.
