My complaint:
I did not receive any update about my delivery until I started making calls on Saturday – Thandile then sent a mail to say there is a delay with 1 parcel
I did not receive these emails until calling today again and spoke with Jaden who forwarded me all the mails.
My delivery due date was 30/03 ad these parcels were needed specifically FOR THIS DAY
If I did not urgently need them I would have placed my trust in you and would not have ordered it!
I need this parcel URGENTLY.
Please advise how you would compensate me for this poor customer service and delay in delivery.
When asking any updated on my delivery I am receiving the response your consultants do not know yet
I need you to urgently provide me with delivery date
This is not on, this parcel was needed days ago and expected delivery for 30/03
