My complaint:

I fly twice a week , I observe a noticeable deterioration of professional standards by airport security staff .
Very poor command of the English language
Impolite, unacceptable and I’ll mannered interaction with the public
Unfamiliarity with regulations
Non compliance with dress code and decorum
Slackness and laziness
Physically making contact with passengers without obtaining prior consent
Unnecessarily slowing down the process
I will continue to point any or all of the aforementioned shortcomings out to security staff as the aforementioned violations occur . My observations and experiences are the result of
Poor staff selection
Inadäquate training and review processes
Unacceptable Organisational culture

Suggested solution:

Improve staff selection
Insist on the ability to speak English
More stringent and effective review processes
Better quality and more effective training
Emphasizing on respect, empathy and compliance with basic politeness and manners
Standardization of training, performance benchmarks and review processes on a National level
