My complaint:
I arrived late as the terminal was closing on a domestic flight to connect to an international flight with a check in due 3.30am. large group of people were also hoping to stay in the airport for the night due to very late arrival and early departure. This is the only airport I have ever been to where we were all made to leave at 11pm until reopening at 2.30am. at least 50 of us were huddled up in the nearby parking building trying to stay warm. A group of us could only find a warm place in the ladies toilet. I have travelled extensively around the world often having to sit in an airport for hours in the night. I have never experienced this before. What a disgusting approach to your patrons Sydney. I think you can do better. Happy I’m heading home to New Zealand.
Suggested solution:
Allow airport access 24 hours a day. It's not about the no flight times due to regulations. It's about looking after customers caught for a few hours between flights at night
