My complaint:

I cannot fault the service at both Penang Singapore’s airports but when I arrived at Sydney airport the lady that drove the golf cart was stressed stating she didn’t know where she was going to find 3 wheelchairs for 3 passengers, I was one if the 3. My partner asked if he could use the empty wheelchair that we saw, she said no it belongs to Qantas Airlines we did not fly with Qantas. I was and still am on crutches but was asked to walk through Immigration and customs that she would be waiting for me at the baggage counter but she was NOT there for any of the 3 of us that needed the wheelchairs. This is very disappointing and upsetting that in a country like Australia the Sydney Airport does not cater for for passengers with injuries yet other countries cannot do enough to please you. Please advise who to contact to have this issue addressed as I’m thinking of taking it to A Current Affair if I can’t find the airports complaints department.

Suggested solution:

Have wheelchair assistance for passengers who need it like other airports in the world.
