My complaint:

The case is I felt being targeted to be selected for ETD random check. Sometime, the check did in professional way. In other time, the officer tried to pat to sensitive body part in purpose, for example chest.
Whilst I understand it is a mandatory check if being selected, I demand a proper professional way to perform the check. It should not be targeted for one race only.
This happened to me all the time during international and domestic departure. There was one time at domestic airports, a lady staff was so angry because I did not move quick enough to the gate scanner. The staff Then put me into the full body scanner, and she commented it was my mistake not moved quick enough. I felt that she tried to humiliate me.

Suggested solution:

A proper training and procedure should be carried out to all staff, so they know there is a disciplinary action when the airport security staff abuse their power to the innocent passengers. Also the passengers need to know what they can do to protect themselves when they are being treated unfairly on the spot.
I know for sure that I am not the only people who feel the mistreatment. Appreciate if you can improve the morale and ethic of the airport security staff.
