My complaint:

I’m from America and I had collies coming in to the city airport that I need to pick up from arrivals. They were coming on a domestic flight, Terminal 2, but there was no place to pick them up. Or at least I didn’t see one and I went around the airport three times. My colleagues didn’t know where to go. They were sitting by the curb. They pulled over and asked at airport worker and she told me to turn around. I did a U-turn and looked. I couldn’t find a place for passenger pick up. Then I found them by the side of the curb and went into space to ask another worker where I am authorized to pick them up and he just took a picture of my car. He said that was an unauthorized parking space. Great but can you help me instead and he said I needed to go to Fee 2. What is that even mean? There’s no signs for fee 2. This was the most unhelpful, worst run and poorly designed airport I have ever been to, in all of my years of international travel.

Suggested solution:

One not give me a ticket. To train their staff to be a little more friendly and helpful provide signage that actually direct people to the right places.
