My complaint:
I put in my clothings, passport, boarding pass, backpack in 3 trays and I watched them went into the tunnel for x-ray inspection. Only 2 of the tray went through and the remaining tray with my jacket in it was missing. I raised my complaint immediately but nobody paid attention to my complaint. Some time later the jacket was returned to me from another tunnel. The staff there told me a lady pushed that tray to another tunnel but I do not believe it because I personally watched the 3 trays went into the same tunnel.
Preliminary inspection showed there was nothing missing but some papers containing important messages had been opened. I believe the above acts were done deliberately to get those information. I strongly asked you to investigate this event so as to prevent it from happening again.
Suggested solution:
To find out what exactly happened to get my jacket removed from my tunnel to get somebody search it and return it to me with the unbelievable version that it went through another tunnel.
