My complaint:
Swoop denied us to cancel our trip to BC, Wouldn’t even at the very least give us money back for luggage, which was very expensive! We were asked not to travel to BC, as we were visiting our elderly family. They government in BC was asking for people to not travel as well.
Suggested solution:
Swoop should give us a credit, and at the very least give us money back for flights.
