My complaint:
I am writing to complain about very poor treatment I received by a swoop employee on June 22, 2020 at the Hamilton International Airport. I was flying to Edmonton on flight 181. After having my temperature checked, I was told to to gate 3, pull my mask down and shproceedow my boarding pass and ID. I waited back as the passenger ahead of me was standing on the social distancing mark that I was to proceed to. The employee (male) told me to “do as I was told” and move ahead. I then explained that there was a person on the spot I was to move to. He then told me to sit down on the seat to the side. I stood there for a brief period and he repeated “ I told you to sit”. After checking in the remaining passengers he told me several times that he was a supervisor and “did I not know there was a global pandemic”. I cant even guess what that remark was in regards to. He then said he “might not let me on the plane”. I was sitting dumbfounded and simply repeated that I was waiting for the person ahead of me to move on. He then said go and he would be phoning the flight attendants to tell them my seat assignment, as he could not be sure I would follow their instructions. I really have no idea what this altercation was all about. I understand these are difficult times for everyone but common courtesy and politeness should still be a normal expectation. I was treated with disrespect and disdain. I cannot believe that this is an employee that your company would be proud to have on staff. Murray Wells

An apology and proper training of staff
The person in question needs to be reprimanded
I would like acknowledgement that this has been done
